We were in town visiting and saw they sold bubble waffles so opted to chose this business over other boba options near by. We showed up 50 min before closing time and the employee said she could not sell me waffles at the moment because she had already cleaned the machines. While I understand, they should advertise they don’t make waffles an hour before closing time. I’m disappointed we drove 15 min extra to only be told they wouldn’t make the bubble waffle.

This place is consistently good with their drinks. I like that they have a great variety of caffeinated and non caffeinated options. Their Okinawa milk tea is bomb and our toddler loves their ube smoothies!! The owners are so nice and just love what they do. I’m glad they got out of the franchise and started their own thing. Such a brave thing to do! Thanks for bringing us the best drinks on 242!!

Absolutely obsessed with this place! The Mango Passion Tea is a total flavor explosion—perfectly refreshing and the balance of tart and sweet is spot on. But the real kick-ass hit? The Vietnamese Ca Phe Sua Da. It is bold, smooth, and authentic—easily some of the best I’ve had in Texas. 10/10 recommend for anyone who needs a serious caffeine fix or a killer boba. Don't sleep on this spot!

I recently visited Lemon Happy, and I must say it's a true gem in our neighborhood! The highlight of my experience was the incredibly delicious bubble waffle prepared by Sam. Finally a Happy Lemon in Conroe-College Park!! Service was fast, the place was clean and staff was amazing! The owner, Miss Ha, was helping customers along with her staff. They were able to recommend drinks that we really loved, plus the bubble waffle dips (SUPER GOOD! I recommend the salted cheese!!) The mango boba was sooo good too with a mochi like texture! I also got the strawberry green tea with aloe and I love it! I hope you guys try them out! There’s definitely something for everyone here! 😊. I was just so happy with the food quality and the staff that were so jolly and helpful, I just had to share with everyone! ☺️
